2nd if fear of might happens tomorrow! Well tomorrow isn’t promise, it’s not actually happens yet, so we can’t define fear of something it doesn’t exist yet!
Example; Fear of loosing your partner; logically before you had that relationship, you were surviving, you didn’t know you are going to have this issue, well to stop that fear, it means look around you and you might find a better ideas how to overcome your problems!
Or loosing anything, make your list, again think about that thing, before you have it, you survived what ever it is!! It means you can still find this thing!!
- Make a list of all things you have fear of; loosing, or might happen?
- Then make it down to only 3 things, work on this 3 things, master the why you are feeling fear of what? Master the logic about it!
- Do you believe who have or are living everything you wish, they didn’t feel fear at one point? Or felling few times! Or taking a step back! Absolutely yes! No one is born and knows everything, but life failures, life experiences, life good and bad will teach You to do better tomorrow, become stronger, and ask for everything you really want…
- Do the work is necessary to become who you really wish!
- Make a list of things that you wish to change, starting tomorrow…
- Now take it DOWN TO ONLY 3 things and start believing that you can have it…
- Find 3 things you are happy about today, cherish each and every one of them, give thanks and be grateful for having those 3 things… the minute you are truly happy by having this 3 things in your life, go back to your list, add another 3 things…
